Dedication

I'm asked pretty regularly how to lose weight, how to become stronger, how to get better, what to eat, etc etc ... I can give you a whole long list of answers, but what it all boils down to is your dedication and willingness to change.  You tell me ... what's stronger:  your will or your habit?  This is a question we ask ourselves when we practice yoga, but it can be taken into every aspect of your life.  You are beautiful regardless of what your weight or strength level is, but are you happy?  Are you healthy?  Or do you want change?  Are you willing to change your habits or continue down the same path?  That's up to you!
